Hi there! I'm a Registered Massage Therapist with over a decade of experience, having graduated from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in 2009.

Growing up in a small town near Stratford, Ontario, instilled in me a deep appreciation for nature and community.

 

My journey has led me to Naturally Wild Muskoka, where I'm privileged to practice and call home. I'm truly grateful for the opportunity to wake up every day surrounded by the natural beauty of Muskoka, a place where my family and I feel deeply connected.

 

Natural healing has always been my passion. Through my practice, I've had the opportunity to explore various modalities, including Reiki, yoga, Meditation, and even foraging for wild edibles. I'm also a certified 200HR yoga instructor and an Elemental Rhythm Breathwork facilitator.

 

For me, simplicity and mindfulness are key. I believe that true wellness is found in living authentically and staying present in the moment. I'm on a mission to show others that health and happiness don't have to be complicated—rather, they're about embracing life's wild adventures and finding balance in our journey.

 

It's my joy and purpose to help others discover their own path to wellness, one that's rooted in connection with themselves and the world around them. Let's embark on this journey together!

With the integration of ancient and modern techniques, her holistic approach to the energetic body offer a gentle way to release mental and emotional blockages causing pain in the physical body. Her deeply meditative massages can be enjoyed regularly as a tool for self-care, to relieve pain caused by new or old injuries, or to support more restful sleep. I fell in love with the mind/body connection over 30 years ago and have been exploring, building and honing skills in that area ever since. My love of the physical lead me to become a RMT (now retired) and Craniosacral Therapist. My love of the Mind has been rooted in a mindfulness meditation practice. I am a Certified Holotropic Breathwork Practioner, which studies and facilitates non-ordinary states of consciousness. I am a Yoga Instructor and a Certified Sacred Center Teacher under Anodea Judith. ​Whether I am doing bodywork, leading a class, or reading Tarot my approach is to inspire you to explore deeper layers within yourself. I pair together anatomical principals with energetic wisdom . ​I want help you to bring more aliveness and awareness into your life!
