Cancellation/Late Policy

We enforce a 24-hour cancellation policy. Late cancellations (under 24 hours) incur a charge of 100% of the appointment fee.

No-shows are also subject to a 100% appointment fee charge.

Arriving late for an appointment will result in a charge of 100% of the scheduled appointment fee, and the appointment will conclude at the originally scheduled time.

Cancellation fees must be paid within 48 hours of the missed appointment via e-transfer to your practitioner.

 

Payment Policy

Full payment is required after treatment. Accepted payment methods include debit, credit card, cash, and E-transfer.
